How does payment work — do you require full payment up front?
No. For most residential projects we collect a modest deposit to schedule and reserve your dates, with the balance due once the work passes your final walk-through. We never ask for the full amount up front. The exact deposit and payment terms are spelled out on your written estimate before you commit to anything.
Can I get a fixed price before I decide how to pay?
Yes — and we recommend it. Your free in-home estimate gives you an exact, fixed written price with no surprise change orders. Knowing the real number first lets you choose the payment approach that makes sense for you, whether that’s a deposit-and-balance schedule or a payment plan we discuss at the estimate.
