Estimates & services

Requesting an estimate does not create a binding contract. A free estimate is an offer to provide services at a stated price; work begins only after you approve a written estimate. Final pricing, scope, and scheduling are confirmed in that written estimate.

Text messaging program

Our messaging program (Happy Coat Painting estimate & appointment texts) lets you receive text messages from Happy Coat Painting about your estimate and project. The terms below apply when you opt in:

Program & purpose: appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up about your estimate or project.
How to opt in: by giving your mobile number and consenting on our website form or in chat.
Message frequency: varies based on your conversation and appointment activity.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opt out: reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL) at any time to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one confirmation message, then no more.
Help: reply HELP, or contact us at the phone or email below.
Eligibility: you must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number, and able to consent. Opting in is never required to buy.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and device. For how we handle your mobile information, see our Privacy Policy — in short, your mobile opt-in and consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Acceptable use

Use our website and communications only for lawful purposes and to request or discuss painting services. Don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or someone else’s contact information without permission.
